Shareholders elected a new composition of the NDU Supervisory Board

On April 26, 2021, the shareholders of the PJSP “National Depository of Ukraine” has elected a new composition of its Supervisory Board.

The Supervisory Board includes:

• Heletii Yurii – representative of the shareholder (National Bank of Ukraine)
• Kyi Oleksii – independent director
• Lisovenko Vitalii – independent director
• Milentiev Vitalii – independent director 
• Shliakhov Yaroslav – representative of the shareholder (State of Ukraine represented by the NSSMC).

Thus, the Supervisory Board of the NDU includes three independent directors and representatives of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the National Bank of Ukraine, which are shareholders of the PJSP “National Depository of Ukraine”.

The structure of the ownership of the PJSC “NDU” is as following: 25% of shares are owned by the State of Ukraine (managed by the NSSMC), 25% are owned  by the National Bank of Ukraine, 24.99% are owned by the PJSC “State Savings Bank of Ukraine”, 10.94% are owned by the Corporate Private Pension Fund of the National Bank of Ukraine, 9.99% are owned by еру JSC “Ukreximbank”, less than 5% of shares are owned by other owners.
