NSSMC and CGPA will hold a Seminar on Changes In Corporate Governance

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) together with the Corporate Governance Professional Association (CGPA) will hold a Seminar “The New Law of Ukraine: On Capital Markets And Organized Commodity Markets”, What’s New in Corporate Governance Regulation.

The meeting will be held on 26 November, 2021 from 8:30 to 17:45. Format: offline and online.

It is planned that during the event the participants will discuss:

– the development of legislation in the field of corporate governance and improvement of the regulatory framework of the NSSMC in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine №738-IX;

– the innovations in regulation of joint stock company Governing bodies (the general meeting of shareholders, the supervisory board);

–  the issuance activity;

– the specifics of information disclosure in the capital markets through the information agent, etc.

The Speakers from the NSSMC are: Maksym Libanov, the Commissioner of the NSSMC, Alla Papaika, the Director of the Securities Issues Registration Department of the NSSMC.

Please note that the event will be held in accordance with the rules of enhanced quarantine, which is implemented in Kyiv.
