The NSSMC will participate in the workshop on innovations in corporate governance

 Maksym Libanov, the Commissioner, and Alla Papaika, Director of the Securities Issues Registration Department of the NSSMC, will participate in the workshop «The New Law of Ukraine On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets: What’s New in Corporate Governance».

It is planned that the participants of the workshop will discuss the following issues:
– development of the legislation in the field of corporate governance; improvement of the NSSMC’s regulatory framework in connection with the entry into force of the Law of Ukraine №738-IX dated 19.06.2020;
– innovations in regulating the activities of the governance bodies of a joint-stock company (general meeting of shareholders, supervisory board);
– issuance activity in a new way;
– special aspects of information disclosure on capital markets via an information agent;
– disclosure of the regulated information in accordance with the requirements of the new Law.
