State Anti-Corruption Program: Results of monitoring the implementation of measures for the first quarter of 2024

National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) informs that the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has completed the quarterly monitoring of the implementation of the measures of the State Anti-Corruption Program for 2023-2025 (SAP) for the first quarter of 2024.

Thus, the authorities have fully or partially implemented 291 measures – 25% (out of 1187), and 277 measures (23.3%) are in progress. However, 204 measures have not yet been implemented, and their deadlines have expired.

The monitoring notes that the approval of the Regulation on the Form and Content of the Ownership Structure of Legal Entities Regulated and Supervised by NSSMC is of great importance during this period.

Proper verification of data on individuals exercising control and decisive influence on the activities of a legal entity will ensure the availability of accurate and up-to-date information on the beneficial ownership of legal entities, to which the competent authorities will always have full and timely access.
