Digitalization of processes in the capital markets: Administrative services can be obtained through the CIS cabinet

On its official website, the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) has launched a trial operation of submitting documents for administrative services through a comprehensive information system (CIS).

To receive administrative services, applicants can use the convenient web interface of the integrated subsystem for the provision of administrative services in electronic form of the CIS at the following link: https://services.nssmc.gov.ua.

Pursuant to the current legislation, the NSSMC approved the Requirements for the use of the means of the integrated subsystem for the provision of administrative services in the electronic form of the CIS as an official communication channel (Order of the Chairman of the NSSMC No. 1444 dated 22.12.2023), which can be found at the link: https://www.nssmc.gov.ua/document/?id=14216706.
