To the attention of NPF administrators and managers of Real Estate Fund and Construction Financing Fund

The NSSMC draws the attention of administrators of private pension funds and managers of of Real Estate Fund and Construction Financing Fund who have a valid license, that on October 16, 2021 the term of bringing their activities in line with the requirements of the Licensing Conditions for certain professional activities stock market.

The document was approved by the NSSMC`s resolution dated 02.02.2021 №61, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 06.04.2021 under №455/36077.
