The information accessibility: joint-stock companies should publish its plans calendar by the end of January

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) informs that issuers of securities that have made a public offering and/or whose securities are admitted to trading on the capital markets must publish its plans calendar by January 31, 2022.

The joint-stock companies have the opportunity to publish plans calendar on its own website and through the Cabinet of Information Services by the link Smida.gov.ua.

“We are confidently moving towards the goal of creating an IT-hub in the capital markets, the platform for which should be SMIDA (the Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency of Ukraine). This is another step in this direction, where we implement the norms of legislation on information disclosure on the basis of the Agency,” said Yurii Boiko, the Commissioner.

The NSSMC has implemented such an opportunity to comply with the Provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets. Therefore, the Law provides for the need to disclose the plan calendar of securities issuers in the database of the person who carries out activities to disclose the regulated information on behalf of capital market participants and professional participants of organized commodity markets.
