To issuers of securities: Changes to the disclosure of information on relations with foreign countries of the risk zone

In response to numerous appeals from securities issuers and capital market associations, the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved a document amending Resolution No. 181 dated February 21, 2023.

The document establishes that issuers of securities who have information in accordance with subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2 of this Resolution, namely, regarding the issuer’s business relations with customers/counterparties of the state of the risk zone or customers/counterparties controlled by the state of the risk zone, disclose the following information by 30.06.2023.

The risk zones of foreign states are:

– russian federation,

– the Republic of Belarus,

– Islamic Republic of Iran,

– Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.
