Market infrastructure: NSSMC issued NDU a license for clearing activities

At its meeting on December 15, 2022, the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) decided to issue a license to carry out clearing activities for the determination of liabilities to the Public Joint Stock Company «National Depository of Ukraine».
At the same time, the NSSMC registered the Rules for conducting clearing activities by the Central Depository of Securities, provided by the NDU.
Acceptance Resolutions based on application and package of documents of NDU. Therefore, the internal documents of the organization are reliable, comprehensive and meet the requirements of the law.
