Key NSSMC decisions dated 02 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– approved the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Collective Interests of Consumers”;
– approved the Regulations on the procedure for issuing and registering shares in the event of the creation of a joint stock company through the transformation of state and municipal enterprises.

Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
– registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series B (without a public offering) by TORGOVYI DOM GALKA LLC;
– registered the report on the results of the issue of registered corporate bonds Series C by AZURRO FINANCE LLC;
– cancelled the registration of the issue (issues) and prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates, and revoked the certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of PVNZIF ASTON of KUA CAPITAL GROUP LLC.
