Key NSSMC decisions dated 05 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– made amendments to the procedures approved by the NSSMC Resolutions No. 275 dated May 13, 2021, and No. 982 dated October 21, 2021;
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the Procedure for Maintaining the Accounting System of Shares of Limited Liability Companies and Additional Liability Companies”.

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
– made an amendment to the register of professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets regarding the provision of additional services by AB RADABANK JSC;
– approved the prospectus and the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series E1 and F1 of ULF-FINANCE LLC;
– registered the issue of shares and the prospectus for the issue of these shares by ZNVKIF NIKS JSC and ZNVKIF MEGA FIN CAPITAL JSC;
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares by ZNVKIF ENTERPRISE JSC;
– registered amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares, regulations, registration of the issue of shares, and replacement of the certificate of ZNVKIF NIAMEY JSC;
– cancelled the registration of the issue (issues), prospectus (prospectuses) for the issue of investment certificates and the cancellation of the certificate of ZNVIF Yukon of KUA BUSINESS-GARANT LLC;
– terminated the license for professional activities in securities trading of INVINTUM LLC.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant of capital markets MANAGING ADMINISTRATOR OF PENSION FUNDS PARITET LLC;
– approved the intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional participant in capital markets KINTO, Ltd LLC.
Approved the appointment of the following officials of professional participants:
– the Director of INVINTUM LLC;
– the Chairman, a member of the Supervisory Board, and the Chief Accountant of CONCORD CAPITAL LLC.
