Key NSSMC decisions dated 09 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– approved draft laws of Ukraine to amend a number of regulatory acts in order to ensure compliance with EU legislation and the relevant criteria established by the European Payments Council, with a view to Ukraine joining the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA);
– approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 28/21/1933/K03 dated 06 March 2025”;
– approved the draft Decree of the President of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 365 dated 21 June 2024”;
– approved the draft Order of the Ministry of Finance “On Amendments to Certain Orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine”;
– approved the draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “Certain Issues of Managing the State Share in the Authorized Capital of the Central Securities Depository”.

On registration issues, the Commission:
– approved the Appendices to the prospectuses for corporate bonds of Series L, D, E, J, B of NovaPay Credit LLC;
– registered the issue of shares of TERNOPILSKY MOLOKOZAVOD PrJSC (without a public offering).
