Key NSSMC decisions dated 17 Oct 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
• approved the draft NSSMC Resolution “On Amendments to the NSSMC Resolution No. 1067 dated 05 August 2022”;
• approved the draft Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)”;
• made amendments to the Scope of Competence of the NSSMC Committees.

Regarding the appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:
• approved two members of the Board of Directors of Profi-T Tsinni Papery LLC;
• approved the person responsible for financial monitoring at Ivex Capital PrJSC;
• approved the Chief Accountant and a person responsible for financial monitoring at K2 Invest LLC;
• declined to approve a member of the Supervisory Board responsible for performing the functions of a Risk Manager at IK Business-Invest LLC.

Regarding registration issues, the Commission:
• terminated licenses for professional activities in capital markets of On-Line Capital LLC;
• registered a report on the results of the share issue by Fond Dekarbonizatsii Ukraiiny JSC;
•approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF Brave JSC and ZNVKIF Pinnacle Ferro Capital JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
• made changes to the list of assets, including cash, belonging to clients/depositors of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC, to which the sanction of “asset freezing” is applied.
