Key Commission decisions dated 23 May 2025

A request not to apply the inadequacy of business reputation label was denied.

RCM Brokers, Invexis, CGL Ltd. were put on the list of dubious investment projects.

The Changes to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025 were approved and the draft NSSMC Resolution “On the Specifics of Conducting and Executing Legal Transactions with Internal Governmental Bonds Denominated in Foreign Currency During Martial Law” was approved.

A share issue for joint investment of JSC ZNVKIF ENERDZHY PARTNERSHIP and ZNVKIF MONREAL was registered, as well as the issue prospectus of these shares.

The draft articles of association as well as the registration of a share issue for the initial formation of the authorized capital of JSC ZNVKIF FITSROY, ZNVKIF ARLIT, ZNVKIF KAYROKS were approved.

Approved the job appointment of:
the Head of Supervisory Board of LLC KUA OTP KAPITAL;
a Risk Manager at LLC KUA TA ADMINISTRUVANNIA PENSIINYKH FONDIV DALIZ-FINANS;
the Chief Accountant at LLC KUA ASVIO.

The draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution “On Approving the Plan of Cooperation between the Subjects of the National System of Protection of the Critical Infrastructure” was approved.
Approved background information prepared by the Commission for the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Timber Market” (registration No. 13227 dated 29 April 2025 and No. 13227-1 dated 12 May 2025).

Approved the replacement of a certificate of the registration of an issue of ordinary shares as well as the cancellation of the registration of an issue of preference shares of JSC CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK.
