Key NSSMC decisions dated 26 Sept 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:
– made amendments to the NSSMC Resolutions dated 06 March 2025 No. 28/21/1933/K03 and 04 August 2022 No. 1053;
– approved the Amendments to the NSSMC Rulemaking Plan for 2025;
– approved a Commission reference note on the draft Law of Ukraine “On the Timber Market” (reg. No. 13227-d dated 10 September 2025).

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:
– banned making changes to the depository accounting system and performing and/or executing transactions involving securities

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:
– registered a report on the results of the issuance of securities (shares) by MANDARIN PLAZA PLUS PrJSC;
– registered a report on the results of the issue of shares without a public offering by VINNYTSKE OVLASNE PIDPRYIEMSTVO AVTOBUSNYKH STANTSIY 10599 PrJSC;
– approved the draft charter and registration of the issue of shares for the formation of the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF MOLVINETS JSC;
– registered the issue of shares for joint investment and the prospectus for the issue of these shares of ZNVKIF FINVEST JSC, ZNVKIF HOTEY JSC and ZNVKIF IMPULS JSC;
– canceled registration of the issue of shares and revoked a temporary certificate of registration of the issue of shares was revoked for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF DG INVEST JSC;
– declined to approve the appointment of the person nominated for the position of the director of FK ZHYTLO-CAPITAL LLC.
