Key Commission decisions dated 30 May 2025

Approval granted to a petition to not apply an inadequacy of business reputation label.

A decision has been made regarding actions related to the termination of depository activities by LLC FK DEKRA.

Approved the appointment to the position of a Management Board member of PJSC Rozrakhunkovyi Tsentr.

Approved an intention to acquire a significant stake in the professional capital markets participant LLC REAKOMP – INVEST.

Approved a revised explanatory note of the NSSMC regarding the draft Law of Ukraine On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Implementation of EU Law Acts and Relevant Criteria Established by the European Payments Council, and Ensuring the Sustainable Functioning of the Ukrainian Economy During the War and Post-War Recovery (reg. No. 13233-1).

Approved the draft Commission Regulation On Amendments to NSSMC Decisions No. 879 and No. 880.

Amendments made to the NSSMC Decision No. 1056.

Amendments made to the Criteria for identifying enterprises, institutions, and organizations of critical importance to a national economy sector, specifically to the capital markets and organized commodity markets.

Approved the Procedure for recording violations of sectoral legislation and looking into cases of such violations under martial law.

Banned amendments to the depository accounting system, as well as the execution and/or performance of transactions involving the securities of JSC ZNVKIF BUSINESS GROUP INVEST.

Revied the draft Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution regarding amendments to the CMU Resolution No. 1039 and the CMU Regulation No. 18.

Registered the share issues aimed at joint investment and the respective prospectuses for these shares for JSC ZNVKIF DIANA INVEST, JSC ZNVKIF TAD INVEST, and JSC ZNVKIF TRIDENT DEVELOPMENT.

Approved amendments to the articles of association of the VPF PRIVATFUND.

Issued to KUA KIP–AKTYV a license for carrying out asset management activities for institutional investors.

Approved appointments of:
– Risk Manager and Compliance Manager of LLC KUA BUDCAPITAL CITY;
– Internal Auditor and Chief Accountant of LLC KUA PATRIOT.

Adopted a Resolution to implement a pilot project for the liquidation of a unit venture non-diversified closed-end investment fund by transferring all its assets and liabilities to a closed-end non-diversified venture corporate investment fund.
