The NSSMC admitted US Treasury bonds and shares of foreign investment funds to circulation in Ukraine

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) at the meeting held on April 20, 2021, decided on the admission of foreign securities to trading on the territory of Ukraine, namely:

• US Government Treasury Bonds / U.S. Treasury notes;
• SSB NO bonds. 1 PLC;
• shares of the foreign exchange investment fund of the foreign issuer iShares Asia 50 ETF;
• shares of the foreign exchange investment fund of the foreign issuer Vaneck Vectors Gold Miners ETF.

The procedure stipulates that the decision on admission is made by the NSSMC on the application of a foreign issuer of securities or the National Depository of Ukraine.

Securities of a foreign issuer are admitted to be traded on the territory of Ukraine on stock exchanges and over-the-counter markets.

Currently, 34 securities of foreign issuers are admitted to circulation on the domestic capital market.
