NSSMC informs about additional options in electronic form CIS

The National Securities and the Stock Market Commission (N0SSMC) has introduced changes to the Requirements for the use of the integrated subsystem of administrative services provision in electronic form Corporate Information System (CIS) as the official communication channel.
Now, an applicant/emitter or licensee, upon submitting an application through the system, can inform the NSSMC of changes to their contact information:

• location,
• website address,
• phone number,
• email address.

These changes have been developed to bring compliance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine dated February 22, 2024, No. 3585-IX, aimed at improving state regulation and supervision in capital markets and organized commodity markets.
