The Commission is in the final stages of approving the algorithm for returning assets to clients of Freedom Finance

On 03 Jun 2025, at a Commission meeting a draft Resolution that opens the final stage of approval of the algorithm for returning funds had been approved. The document was submitted for a 10-day public discussion.

This involves approving a comprehensive list of actions to be taken by stakeholders, depository institutions, and clients. This is — a key step toward launching a transparent and effective asset recovery mechanism that minimizes risks for investors and ensures simultaneous access to assets for all Freedom Finance clients.

The document had been previously discussed by experts at the level of the relevant Commission Committee. Some of the suggestions from market participants and stakeholders were already taken into account when preparing the return procedure, so that the final text reflects all the necessary aspects for quick and high-quality practical implementation.
