The NSSMC held a regular meeting with clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine

The NSSMC continues to work actively to resolve the problems of customers of LLC Freedom Finance Ukraine. Among all legal processes, an important aspect of this activity is direct communication with customers, which the NSSMC conducts on an ongoing basis.

At the initiative of the Ruslan Magomedov, NSSMC Chairman, this time such a meeting was held in person, within the body’s walls.

Yaroslav Shlyakhov, Yuriy Shapoval and Irakliy Baramiya, Commissioners, told the representatives of the initiative group about the current state of affairs. In particular, one of the topics of discussion was the issues related to the government bonds and participation in the restructuring. The participants also discussed the regulator’s next steps and the necessary actions to be taken during the inspection and identification of clients who are not subject to sanctions.

For their part, the company’s clients were also able to ask additional pressing questions and received comprehensive answers.

‘Such meetings primarily allow us to learn more about the current situation in this process. We are pleased that the NSSMC team listens to our position and responds accordingly. We look forward to further constructive and close cooperation,’ said one of the representatives of the Freedom Finance customer initiative group.

We remind you that at the last meeting of the NSSMC, a document was approved and published for discussion, which provides for the formation of a common database of customers and their assets by the regulator. This stage is fundamental. The next step will be to approve the document on conducting an audit and approving the list of clients that are not subject to sanctions. This is the key stage. The last stage is an act on the procedure for clients and professional participants to receive funds and securities.
