The Commission simplified the procedure for admission of foreign securities in Ukraine

Today, on June 10, 2021, the NSSMC approved a number of Resolutions on the admission of foreign securities to the circulation in Ukraine has been taken, namely:

• shares of iShares Global Healthcare ETF,
• shares of iShares Global Consumer Discretionary ETF.

Resolutions on admission were approved by the NSSMC at the request of the applicants themselves without the participation of the National Depository of Ukraine.

The admission procedure is fully implemented in electronic format without submitting any paper copies of the documents to the NSSMC. The entire package of documents was provided by the official communication channel in electronic form with the electronic digital signature of the applicant.

Securities of foreign issuers are admitted to trading on the territory of Ukraine on stock exchanges and the OTC market.

Currently, 38 securities of foreign issuers are admitted to circulation on the domestic capital market. A list of them can be found on the NSSMC’s official website at this link.
