The NSSMC draws attention to the peculiarities of providing administrative services during the period of martial law

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) informs market participants that Resolution No. 223 dated 22.02.2024 on Peculiarities of Provision of Administrative Services by the NSSMC during the Period of Martial Law has been approved, available at the link.
It is important to note that the application and documents for administrative services are to be submitted to the NSSMC together with a list of the documents submitted (which was not the case before), in the following ways

• in paper form – to the address: 8, Knyaziv Ostrozkykh St., building 30, Kyiv, 01010;
• in electronic form – by means of KIS at the following link: kis.nssmc.gov.ua.
