Consolidation of resolutions: up-to-date information on the submission of reports and information by professional participants as of August 4

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) once again summarized its own Resolutions on the submission by professional participants of capital markets and organized commodity markets of reporting data and other information to the NSSMC during martial law in Ukraine.

For the convenience of the professional community, a single document has been prepared, taking into account the changes that were made to the Resolution №314, which clearly defines the terms and conditions of compiling and submitting data.
