The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has launched a portal with information about all public services

The State Services Guide is an online information portal about all services provided by the executive authorities and local governments https://guide.diia.gov.ua/.

Today, the service provides information about 1170 services, such as: location, timing, cost, as well as necessary documents and the way to appeal their results. The information is constantly updated and soon 100% of state services in Ukraine will be transferred to the portal.

Services are divided into 17 categories depending on the field of activity and 36 life events. Buying real estate, changing the place of residence or starting a business – all necessary information on official registration and obtaining the necessary services can be easily found on the Guide.

Public service guide is an official source of information. If an executive or local authority body requires a certificate that is not mentioned in the Guide when providing a certain service, the reference to the Guide is an argument for citizens not to provide relevant documents.

The State Services Guide provides feedback. If the user did not find information about the service or found an error in the available information, you can use the feedback – and the service will definitely appear on the service. Feedback helps to improve the service, identify problem areas and the most popular services.

What are the most popular public services in Ukraine?

• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations;
• State registration of amendments to the information about legal entity contained in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations;
• State registration of a private entrepreneur;
• Registration of place of residence;
• Registration of the place of residence of a child under 14 years old;
• Birth registration.
