On time: the NSSMC adopted a number of Resolutions regarding the work of the AMC in the area of military operations

The NSSMC  (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has adopted a number of Resolutions regarding licensees that manage the assets of institutional investors (asset management activities).

The NSSMC temporarily suspended the validity of the licenses of companies located on the territory in the area of ​​hostilities, and which informed the regulator about the impossibility of carrying out professional activities on the capital markets:

• LLC «AMC «HERTS»,
• LLC «AMC «CENTER OF CAPITAL MANAGEMENT»,
• LLC «AMC «AVANTAGE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT».

The regulator also suspended the licenses of  LLC «AMC «PROFIT – ACTIV» and  LLC «AMC «PERFECT CAPITAL», because AMCs are located in the cities of Kherson and Donetsk, which are included in the list of settlements, on the territory of which state authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers.

The NSSMC will continue to actively check the work of the AMC in accordance with the Resolution of 04.08.2022 No. 1056 “Regarding the suspension of the license to carry out professional activities in the capital markets and organized commodity markets during the period of martial law”.
