The NDU developed a guide for depository institutions regarding the mechanism for returning the assets of Freedom Finance Ukraine clients

The National Depository of Ukraine published a detailed Procedure for depository institutions on how to interact with the Central Depository, which sets out an algorithm for returning frozen assets to the clients of Freedom Finance Ukraine LLC.

The document was prepared in accordance with the NSSMC Resolution dated July 25, 2025, No. 09/21/2643/K03, and contains clear instructions for depository institutions. This will allow the correct application of the mechanisms of returning securities and cash.

The NSSMC, together with the NDU, banks, and other parties involved, continues to work on resolving the situation and restoring confidence in the capital market.
