Key NSSMC decisions dated 11 Mar 2026

Within the scope of regulatory activities, the Commission:

● endorsed the draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Proposals for the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions) in accordance with the European Union Council Regulation on Nicaragua”.

Within the scope of supervision, the Commission:

● approved an action plan to improve own financial condition of OSNOVA-TSINNI PAPERY LLC.

Regarding registration and licensing issues, the Commission:

● registered the issue of registered corporate bonds of Series E (without a public offering) by YAHOTINSKY MASLOSYROZAVOD LLC;
● canceled the registration of the issue of Series A bonds of the State Company for the Export and Import of Military and Special Purpose Products and Services UKRSPECEXPORT;
● registered the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BRAVE JSC and ZNVKIF FITZROY for the purpose of joint investment, and the prospectus for the issue of these shares;
● approved the draft statutes and registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF BS CAPITAL JSC, ZNVKIF FULLHAUSE JSC, ZNVKIF WATERLINE JSC, ZNVKIF GAMBIT JSC, ZNVKIF EMIR JSC, ZNVKIF WINTER GROUP JSC for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
● registered changes to the prospectus, regulations, registration of the issue of shares of ZNVKIF SISTEZA JSC and replacement of a certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a corporate investment fund;
● terminated a license for professional activities in capital markets — property management activities for financing construction projects and/or real estate transactions of WININVESTBUD LLC.
● issued licenses for professional activities in capital markets – depositary activities, namely depositary activities of the depositary institution CONCORD CAPITAL LLC;
● confirmed that INZHUR LLC, L.D. ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC, INVESTYTSIYNI PARTNERY LLC, INVESTYTSYINYI CAPITAL UKRAINE LLC, FK KYIV INVEST CAPITAL LLC, SOLID DNIPRO LLC, BALTIC FINANCE GROUP LLC, FK FINBUD LLC complies with the criteria specified in the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 76 dated 27 January 2023.

Regarding appointment of officials at professional market participants, the Commission:

● approved the Chair and a Member of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, Risk Manager, and a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of PERSHYI ADMINISTRATOR PENSIYNOHO FONDU LLC;
● approved the Internal Auditor of LLC FINANSOVA KOMPANIYA FINBUD;
● approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Officer and Compliance Officer at INVEST-CONSULTING LLC;
● approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at KUA PROHRESYVNI INVESTYTSIYNI STRATEHII LLC;
● approved two Members of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager and Risk Manager at ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
● approved a person responsible for financial monitoring at KUA AKTIV LLC;
● approved the Internal Auditor, a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, and the person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager at OB’YEDNANA REYESTRATSIYNA KOMPANIYA LLC;
● approved the Chair of the Board of Directors – a non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, a Member of the Board of Directors – the Chief Executive Officer responsible for financial monitoring in the LLC, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, a Member of the Board of Directors – a non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor of CUSTODIAN GARANT;
● approved a person responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, two Members of the Supervisory Board, a person responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager of PIDPRYIEMSTVO ROSAN-TSINNI PAPERY LLC.
