NDU reduces tariffs for its customers

On July 6, 2021, the Board of the Central Depository decided to amend the List and cost of services (tariffs) provided by the Central Depository in order to optimize costs for customers. These changes took place after preliminary consideration and further agreement with the Board of Participants of the Depository System of PJSC “NDU”.

Reduction of tariffs for certain services of the Central Depository is aimed at optimizing customer costs, as significantly reduces the cost of service for the custody of registered securities (which are temporarily stored in the Central Depository until the issuer passes the issue into electronic form or cancels the issue of securities) and issuers located in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or Sevastopol.

From now, the tariff for custody of such securities for depository institutions will be only UAH 1.

This decision is the result of fruitful cooperation of the Working Group on servicing problem issues, established with the participation of members of the Depository System of the PJSC “NDU” and the team of the Central Depository, and with the support of the NSSMC which supports the interaction between the Council of Participants and the Central Depository.
