The NSSMC has supplemented the list of permitted operations in the capital markets

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has once again reviewed the conditions of operation of capital markets since the beginning of martial law. The regulator introduced new amendments to the Resolution №144 from 08.03.2022, which allow:

⁃ to conduct operations with securities necessary for the formation of the authorized capital of the corporate investment fund at the stage of its establishmenn;

⁃ The Central Depository and Depository Institutions to carry out a number of activities necessary to service the placement of shares of corporate investment funds that are being established.
