The NSSMC allowed the initial public offering of securities

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) continues to respond promptly to the needs of capital markets in times of war. The next batch of amendments was made to the Resolution №144 from 08.03.2022.

The NSSMC allowed the initial public offering transactions, including securities of collective investment institutions. However, there are currently restrictions on the public offering of securities.

The NSSMC also gave the right to collective investment institutions to conclude new depository agreements.
