The NSSMC allowed the Central Depository to use cloud services during the war

The NSSMC has decided that the Central Securities Depository will use cloud services under martial law in Ukraine.

Thus, the Central Securities Depository has the right to use cloud services located in countries that are members of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

It is important that the place of registration of the ultimate beneficial owners of the providers of such cloud services should be one of these countries.
