NSSMC has signed a Memorandum on Understanding with the financial regulator of Vietnam

On January 25, 2021, a Memorandum of Understanding between the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam was signed.

It was performed  during online meeting of the Vietnam-Ukraine Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation.

The parties agreed to develop a plan to improve the process of information exchange to the extent permitted by the legislation of the parties. In the future, such cooperation will contribute to greater investor protection in the capital markets of Ukraine and Vietnam, greater transparency of capital markets and reliability and security of transactions.

The NSSMC is always open and ready to work fruitfully and effectively with the world community in the direction of capital market development and improvement of Ukraine’s investment attractiveness.
