NSSMC and Spanish financial market regulator signed Memorandum on Cooperation

Today, June 21, 2022, the Chairman of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine (NSSMC) Ruslan Magomedov and the Chairman of the Spanish Securities Market Commission (CNMV) Rodrigo Buenaventura signed a bilateral Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation and exchange of information.

In the Memorandum, the NSSMC and the Spanish financial regulator agreed on fruitful cooperation, assistance and mutual consultations, as well as the exchange of messages to improve investor protection. At the same time, the Memorandum provides for the promotion of stability, efficiency and development of stock markets in Ukraine and Spain.

During the meeting, Ruslan Magomedov and Rodrigo Buenaventura discussed the situation in the capital markets, especially after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, as well as prospects for development and investment.
