The NSSMC has established how to determine the value of shares when issued during the war

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) approved the Resolution on the peculiarities of determining the market value of shares in the process of their issuance during the period of martial law.

The regulator established that when issuing shares of a company 100 percent of which is owned by one person, the market value of the shares can be determined on the basis of an independent appraiser’s report prepared in accordance with international valuation standards.
