The Procedure for applying the norms of corporate governance standards for the professional participants

There has been developed a detailed Procedure for the application of corporate governance standards for professional participants, approved by the NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) at the meeting on October 21, 2021.

Prior to the deadlines set by the NSSMC, the professional participants may on a voluntary basis implement the requirements of the standards to which the deferral conditions have been set.
