Clarification on the disclosure of interim information by public interest entities

The NSSMC has prepared an explanation of the procedure for disclosing intermediate information by companies that are public interest entities and are issuers of securities, taking into account current legislation.

The document was developed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On State Regulation of Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets, in order to explain the application of the Law of Ukraine On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets.
