Key NSSMC decisions dated 09 Apr 2026

In its rulemaking capacity, the Commission:

● canceled the NSSMC Resolutions No. 15/21/4015/K03 dated 25 March 2026, and No. 15/21/4148/K0 dated 07 April 2026;
● approved the Regulations on the recording and review of cases of breaches of law by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

Regarding the appointment of the officials of professional market participants, the Commission:

● approved the Director of UKRAINSKA RESURSNA BIRZHA LLC;
● approved a Member of the Supervisory Board, the Chair of the Supervisory Board, responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager, and a Member of the Supervisory Board, responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor of K2 INVEST LLC;
● approved a person elected Member of the Board of Directors — an independent non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor, and a person elected Member of the Board of Directors — an executive director responsible for performing the duties of Risk Manager at SMART BOND.UA LLC.
