The National Securities and Stock Market Commission has begun work on changes to its internal structure and organization of the workflow.
During a working meeting, NSSMC Chairman Oleksii Semeniuk, together with NSSMC Commissioners Maksym Libanov, Arsen Ilin, Yurii Shapoval, and Iraklii Baramiia, as well as Acting Head of Office Kostiantyn Mosentsev and Advisor Dmytro Teveliev, discussed how to optimize the work of the regulator’s structural divisions.
Key priorities include eliminating overlapping responsibilities among departments, streamlining internal decision-making, and strengthening control over task execution.
Commission management is also working on a more streamlined system of coordination between departments. This should help speed up decision-making and simplify work processes.
These changes are also expected to improve the regulator’s interaction with capital market participants. In particular, the overhaul of internal processes should help eliminate unnecessary bureaucratic steps in regulation, simplify communication with the market, and make the Commission’s work more responsive.
