NSSMC warns citizens against doing business with Anna Kovalenko and the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission noted an increase in the number of inquiries and complaints from citizens regarding the activities of Anna Kovalenko, as well as those of the affiliated entity, the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST.

According to available information, this individual presents himself as a licensed trader and investment advisor, solicits funds from citizens under the pretext of investing, but fails to fulfill his obligations to return the financial assets.

A raising funds and distorting the facts scheme

This individual is actively engaged in a number of Telegram channels, where it disseminates misleading information about her professional status. To mislead potential clients, Kovalenko displays photographs of documents resembling licenses, allegedly issued by the “International Brokerage Commissions” or other nonexistent foreign regulatory bodies.

The regulator’s official position

The NSSMC officially states:

• Lack of licenses: Anna Kovalenko and the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST Asset have not obtained any licenses, permits, or approvals from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.
• Illegal activities: neither the aforementioned individual nor the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST is authorized to provide investment, financial, or brokerage services within Ukraine.

The Commission once again urges citizens to be cautious and follow the rules of financial hygiene before transferring their funds to third parties:

• Check the license. Information about all entities authorized to provide services on capital markets and organized commodity markets is publicly available. It can be accessed on the NSSMC official website or by submitting an official request. The verification takes just a few minutes but allows you to protect your savings from fraudulent participants.

• Contact law enforcement authorities. If you have already been a victim of illegal actions by Anna Kovalenko or the private enterprise AMC KOVALENKO PRO INVEST, or you have information about their activities, please file a report with the National Police of Ukraine immediately.
