Commission’s official statement on the investigative actions by law enforcement officers

Law enforcement officers are currently in the premises of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, conducting investigative actions. The Commission officially confirms this.

“We are fully cooperating with the investigation and providing all necessary documents and information as required by law. According to our information, law enforcement officials are interested in documents related to the Commission’s work in previous years,” said Commission Chairman Oleksii Semeniuk.

The Commission continues to operate as usual and is carrying out all of its regulatory functions. Since we are not conducting the prejudicial investigation, we are not authorized to comment on its progress or details.
