New licensing conditions of depository activity have started working

The NSSMC announces that the «Licensing Conditions for Professional Activity in Capital Markets – Depository Activities» has entered into force.

The document was registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2022 under No. 431/37767, entered into force (except for certain norms) on April 29, 2022.

The legal act establishes the mandatory requirements for obtaining a license to conduct depository activities, the peculiarities of its conduct and combination with other types of professional activities in the capital markets.
