Commission keeps raising awareness of investors: the SCAM projects list updated

The NSSMC continues its systematic work aimed at protecting investors and once again informs the public about financial projects that may pose a potential threat.

Two projects have been added to the SCAM list:
• LTVcapital/Zubkovskyi Evhen – https://www.ltv-capital.online/, https://e-zubkovskiy.com/;
• Pylyp Oliinyk – https://oleynik.finance/.

As of now, the list contains 452 projects that show signs of fraud or violations of the law. They can be viewed on our official website in the section “Protection of Investor Rights.”

We would like to remind you of the main signs of dubious investment projects: lack of licenses, lack of transparency regarding the organizers and their documentary confirmation, lack of proper control, active use of aggressive advertising, promises of super profits and concealment of risks.
