Key Commission decisions dated 24 Jun 2025

Within the scope of regulatory activities:
– amendments were made to NSSMC Resolutions No. 879 and No. 880 dated August 10, 2023;
– the draft CMU Resolution “On Approval of the Procedure for the Establishment, Organization of Activities and Liquidation of the Supervisory Board of State Unitary Enterprises (except for enterprises of the defense-industrial complex) and its Committees” was approved.

The following decisions were made on registration and licensing issues:
– the Amendments to the Resolution on the private placement of Series D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K bonds of LLC MARTIN were approved;
– the Report on the results of the share issue of JSC OKSI BANK (without a public offering) was registered;
– the draft articles of association and registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF UNIVERSAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, ZNVKIF TEKHNOPARK INVEST, ZNVKIF KHARBIN, ZNVKIFELERIA, ZNVKIF KAPITOL;
– registered amendments to the prospectus for the issue of shares, registration of the issue of shares of JSC ZNVKIF VIKING GARDENS and the replacement of a certificate of registration of the issue of shares of a closed-end investment fund for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital;
– cancelled the registration of the issues, prospectuses for the issue of investment certificates and a certificate of registration of the issue of investment certificates of NZVPIF Finansovi tekhnologii of LLC KUA SIP.

Within the scope of its supervision function:
– LLC BENEFIT BROK was denied approval of the action plan to improve its financial condition;
– the intention to acquire a significant stake in LLC INZHUR, a professional participant in capital markets, by LLC INZHUR CAPITAL was approved;
– confirmed that PJSC ROZRAHUNKOVYI TSENTR meets the criteria specified in the CMU Resolution No. 76 dated 27 January 2023;
– investors were informed about the dubious investment projects BRAINVEST, ONE1PERCENT.CLUB, SpiceProp, and Thaurus Guru.
