Commission warns investors about updates to the list of SCAM projects

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission works consistently to ensure investor protection and regularly informs the public about financial projects that may pose a risk.

Currently, the list of dubious investment projects has been updated with the following three SCAM projects:
● “Chykalov.pro.Invest” — https://chykalovproinvest.in.ua/;
● “OnlySuccessAllowed” — https://onlysuccessallowed.com/;
● “YourFinancesSecured” — https://yourfinancessecured.com/ru.

As of today, the list contains 444 projects that show signs of fraud or violations of the law. They are available on the Commission’s official website in the section “Protection of investor rights”.

Remember that a dubious investment project is considered to be an activity with signs of dishonest attraction of funds or assets of investors, in particular in the absence of licenses, transparent information about the operators, documents and control, with aggressive marketing, promises of excessively high returns and concealment of risks.
