The NSSMC draws attention to the interim information disclosure by enterprises of public interest

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) has prepared an explanation of the procedure of the interim information disclosure by securities issuers (enterprises of public interest), in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets.

Please note that, in particular, LLCs and PJSCs that issued bonds without a public offering will be classified as public interest entities from the moment the stock exchange enters their securities into the stock exchange list or the presence of such securities in it during the reporting period.

Issuers lose the status of public interest enterprise from the next reporting period after the exclusion of their securities from the stock exchange list.
