Consolidation of decisions: allowed operations in the capital markets during the war as of May 4

The NSSMC (National Securities and Stock Market Commission) continues to respond promptly to the needs of the time and provides up-to-date information on the specifics of operations in capital markets under martial law.

From February 24 to the present, the NSSMC has approved Resolutions aimed at ensuring stability and security in the capital markets in the face of full-scale military aggression by the Russian Federation.

For the convenience of members of the professional community, a single document has been prepared, which reflects the amendments to the Resolution №144 on permitted in wartime operations in each market segment.
