The NSSMC has set deadlines for submitting reports on private pension provision by insurance companies

The NSSMC supplemented its Resolution N314 with norms that determine the deadlines for reporting on private pension provision by insurance companies under martial law.

The following requirements are set:

 ⁃ reports on private pensions for the first and other quarters of 2022, during which martial law was in force, must be submitted by the end of the second month of the quarter following the end of martial law;

 ⁃ reporting submitted to persons who have concluded insurance contracts with the insurer in the private pension system for 2021 – until the end of the third month following the end of martial law.
