Suspicious investment projects: NSSMC issues new warnings to protect investors

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC) is on guard to protect the rights of investors and has added six more cases to the list of unreliable investment projects, namely:

• RannForex – https://rannforex.com/ru/
• Cinpax – https://ru.cinpax.com/
• Billions Investment – https://billions.com.ua/

We remind potential investors of the significant risks associated with investing:
– through persons whose activities are not regulated in Ukraine in any way,
– persons providing false information about licensed and allegedly official activities in countries with developed financial markets.

Traditionally, a complete list of projects is available on the NSSMC’s official website in the Investor Protection section. In the absence of information about a particular suspicious project in this section, potential investors can independently analyse it for suspiciousness based on the «10 signs of investment project suspicion».
