Key NSSMC decisions dated 11 May 2026

Regarding the registration licensing issues, the Commission:

● canceled the registration of a share issue and revoked a provisional certificate of registration of the share issue for the purpose of forming the initial authorized capital of ZNVKIF PARITET INVEST RESOURCE JSC;
● canceled the registration of the share issue(s) and the share offering prospectus(es) and revoked a certificate of registration of the share issue of ZNVKIF BEKTON;
● suspended a license to conduct professional activities in the capital markets — asset management activities for the financing of construction projects and/or real estate transactions of FINANSOVA KOMPANIIA ZHYTLO-CAPITAL.

Regarding the appointment of the officials of professional market participants, the Commission:

● approved the person elected by the Board of Directors as Chief Executive Director, the person elected as a Member of the Board of Directors — an executive director responsible for performing the duties of Compliance Manager, and the person elected as a Member of the Board of Directors — a non-executive director responsible for performing the duties of Internal Auditor of FK DELTA LLC;
● approved the person designated as responsible for financial monitoring at SPIKE-INVEST LLC;
● approved the person elected to the Supervisory Board responsible for performing the duties of Risk Officer at ONIXIVA LLC;
● approved the person elected to the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of KUA FINEC ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
● approved the person elected to the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KUA PRO CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT LLC;
● approved the person elected to the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PRIKARPATSKA INVESTYTSIYNA KOMPANIIA PRINKOM PrJSC.
