Commission informs investors: two new scam projects identified

The National Securities and Stock Market Commission continues to alert investors about dubious investment projects — two new ones were added to the list:

As of today, there are a total of 468 dubious projects. All of them show signs of legal violations or potential fraud. The full list is available on the official NSSMC website in the dedicated section “Investor Protection”.

What should you look out for before investing? Typical red flags include a lack of licenses and legal information about the founders, the concealment of official activity reports and the absence of government oversight, the use of aggressive advertising and promises of excess profits, and silencing any risks of losing funds.
